Drunken Cinema, vol. 13: Event Horizon

April 20, 2018

It's been far too long, but we're back with a brand new edition of Drunken Cinema.

Every good franchise eventually heads to outer space and Drunken Cinema is no different. Today we're watching the sci-fi horror film Event Horizon, starring Sam Neill and Laurence "The Fish" Fisburne.

Where we’re going, we don’t need to be sober to see.

Drunken Cinema, Vol. 10: World War Z

April 1, 2016

Hello again friends.

Despite our protests, many people have told us that we should watch World War Z. Well, we decided that if we were going to do it, we were going to have to get sloppy wasted. So we now bring to you a brand new Drunken Cinema, featuring World War Z.

Okay, let's get this over with.

Drunken Cinema, Vol. 9: From Dusk Till Dawn

March 5, 2016

Things are about to get weird because it's time for another round of Drunken Cinema.

Tonight's film is celebrating its twenty year anniversary so let's celebrate with a drink or twelve. The movie is Quentin Tarantino and Robert Rodriguez's vampire classic From Dusk Till Dawn.

So c'mon drinkers, let's get drinking.

Drunken Cinema, Vol. 8: American Psycho

September 4, 2015

Looking at my Jean Paul Gaultier watch, it would seem that's it that time once again. The boys are back and belligerent for another round of Drunken Cinema.

Tonight's movie of choice is one of the movies that Taylor and Tony first bonded over, the mind-bending slasher flick American Psycho.

So put on your raincoat, grab your Walkman, and enjoy. That is, unless you need to go return some videotapes. Cheers.

Drunken Cinema, Vol. 7: surprise movie

April 1, 2015

In honor of April Fool's Day, we decided to offer all of you a special surprise edition of Drunken Cinema. What movie could it be? April Fool's Day? The remake of April Fool's Day? Something less obvious? There's only one way to find out and that's to listen along with us.

So mix yourself a drink and enjoy this mystery movie!

Drunken Cinema, Vol. 6: Behind the Mask

March 20, 2015

Drunken Cinema is back and this is one we've been waiting for. The movie in question this time around is one of our favorites, the underrated (in our minds) slasher mockumentary Behind the Mask: The Rise of Leslie Vernon. If you haven't seen it, you're missing out.

So grab your cocktail and your remote control and... join us.

Drunken Cinema, Vol. 5: Club Dread

November 21, 2014

We've made a huge mistake.

For the first (and last) time ever, we decided to do a Drunken Cinema double-header. Here's how I remember it going down; we had just finished our Evil Dead 2 Drunken Cinema. As I was walking to the bathroom, Tony said "shit, it's only 10:30." I responded with "Fuck it, let's do another one!" Tony agreed, and... that's about it.

While I'm sure it was fun at the time, the next day was hell on Earth.

The latest installment of Drunken Cinema is the Broken Lizard horror-comedy Club Dread.

So listen along and enjoy, because we suffered for this. Cheers!

Drunken Cinema, Vol. 4 (Remake Madness edition): Friday the 13th

August 29, 2014

The Remake Madness tournament is officially over. Thirty-two are now only one. After five rounds, Friday the 13th stands tall as thebest horror remake, according to your votes.

In lieu of cutting down nets, Jason Voorhees cut down 20-somethings incelebration. We, on the other hand, celebrated the only way we know how; getting piss drunk and watching the damn thing.

So congrats to Friday the 13th and we hope you enjoy this championship edition of Drunken Cinema. Cheers!
